Payment Information

Abode accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. All credit card payments are processed through secure servers. You may also contact us by phone if you do not feel secure ordering online. 


Purchases shipped to Louisiana residents will be charged 9.2% sales tax. Purchases shipped to any other state will not be charged tax.


Abode does not provide discounts on any of its products, however select offers and promotions may be applicable for limited periods. 


Purchases can be shipped by USPS, UPS, FedEx and Freight Delivery. Orders are shipped on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. In the event there is a delay in your order, we will notify you via email. Note: Some items are sent directly from our suppliers directly to you reducing the opportunity for damage. Orders with multiple items and vendors may not arrive in the same shipment.

General shipping time frames

Shipping times are subject to vary from vendor to vendor, however in general, below are what you can expect with the various shipping options. Once a tracking number is released, please allow 24 hours for this number to be active with the carrier.


FedEx/UPS - Expect to receive 3-7 days AFTER they leave the warehouse.

Freight Delivery - Expect to receive 2-4 weeks AFTER they leave the warehouse.



Upon delivery, all boxes must be opened immediately and inspected for damage. Please confirm correct merchandise and that all pieces are included.  Merchandise is packed properly from our vendors and is believed to be in good condition when it leaves their warehouse. 


If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, simply return it for a return within 3 days or store credit within 4-7 days. You may use the regular mail service, UPS or FedEx and are responsible for the shipping fees back. Once the item is received and inspected for damage, your credit card will be refunded. After 7 days, we cannot accept returns. After the second return, a 25% restock fee will apply. 

We are not able to accept returns on sale items, made to order items or multiples of 3 or more of the same item. 

If the item you return is damaged in shipment back to us, we will take photos and assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company. We are not able to credit back items that are damaged in the return process or missing pieces.
